These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform 7000bet by all registered users in Brazil. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to the rules set out here. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you, the user ("User"), and 7000bet, the operator of the platform available at 7000bet.express ("Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the Platform — including creating an account, making deposits, placing sports bets, playing casino games, or redeeming bonuses — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms will be deemed as tacit acceptance of the changes made.

7000bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with prior notice published on the Platform. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.
To create an account at 7000bet and use any service on the Platform, the User must meet all of the following requirements:
7000bet may request identity verification documents from the User at any time — including a photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and in some cases a selfie holding the document. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a preventive account suspension and a hold on any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Important: Creating more than one account per CPF is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to be linked to the same CPF, IP address, device, or banking details, all identified accounts will be cancelled and any bonus balances will be forfeited.
Each User is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. 7000bet strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other service, and enabling two-factor authentication whenever available.
Users may not share their account, transfer access to third parties, or allow others to use their credentials for betting or financial transactions on the Platform. All activity carried out through an account is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder.
If the User suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must contact 7000bet support immediately 7000bet by emailing suporte@7000bet.express or via the live chat available on the Platform. 7000bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Account balances are personal and non-transferable. Transferring balances between different users' accounts or using an account as an intermediary for third-party financial transactions is not permitted.
A 7000bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). Accepted payment methods include: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers through Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil, among others.
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. No fees are charged on deposits made by the User. Pix is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including on national holidays, and funds are credited to the account within seconds of confirmation by the banking system.
To make a withdrawal, the User must have completed the identity verification process described in Section 2 before any funds are released. The default withdrawal method is Pix to the key registered on the account. Withdrawals are processed within up to 5 minutes for requests submitted during normal system operating hours.
In compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9,613/1998), the 7000bet may hold withdrawals and request supporting documentation for the source of funds in situations that raise suspicion of irregular activity.
A 7000bet offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, VALORANT), and other sports with regular events.
The odds displayed on the Platform already include the house margin and are updated in real time for live betting. The odds confirmed at the time a bet is placed are the valid odds for settlement — any fluctuations after the bet is registered do not affect already confirmed bets.
Bet cancellation and void policy: if an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or not completed due to force majeure, all related bets will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the User's balance. For sporting events where a partial score has already been recorded, settlement may follow sport-specific rules available in the Platform's Help section.
Live betting and cash out: in live betting, 7000bet may temporarily suspend markets during critical moments of an event (goal scored, red card, etc.) to recalculate odds. The cash out feature is subject to real-time availability — 7000bet does not guarantee that cash out will be available at every point during a match.
Parlay bets: in multiple (combined) bets, if one of the events is voided, the bet is recalculated without that event — the odds for the remaining events are kept, and the bet remains active with proportionally reduced odds.
7000bet reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault). Bets accepted at manifestly erroneous odds may be voided, with the full staked amount returned to the User's balance.
The casino section of 7000bet offers slots, table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker), Live Casino with real dealers, and crash games. All casino games are supplied by certified providers audited by independent bodies recognized by the industry — the RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available on that title's information page.
Casino games are powered by certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring that each outcome is independent of previous results and fully random. 7000bet does not interfere with casino game outcomes and has no technical ability to alter results once any round has begun.
The live casino is operated by real dealers streaming in real time and follows the specific rules of each table, displayed before each session begins. Technical connection issues during a live casino game are governed by the individual software provider's policy.
A 7000bet offers regular promotions for new and existing users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, enhanced odds, and slots tournaments. Each promotion has specific terms published on the offer page, which must be read in full before claiming.
Welcome bonus: the welcome bonus is available to new users making their first deposit. The bonus amount corresponds to a percentage of the initial deposit, as specified in the active promotion, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. The bonus is automatically credited once the first qualifying deposit is confirmed.
Rollover requirement (wagering requirement): to convert bonus balance into real, withdrawable funds, Users must meet the rollover requirement specified in each promotion. The rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount received multiplied by the factor stated in the offer. For example: a R$ 200.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires R$ 1,000.00 in qualifying bets.
Full transparency: the 7000bet commits to publishing the full terms of each promotion clearly, including rollover, expiry date, qualifying games, and any other applicable restrictions, before redemption by the User.
Use of the Platform is permitted exclusively for personal entertainment and lawful betting. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, and, in serious cases, reporting to the relevant authorities as required by Brazilian law.
Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting 7000bet via live chat or by emailing suporte@7000bet.express. Once requested, any available real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix — provided the account is fully verified and there are no ongoing investigations.
7000bet may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following situations: violation of these Terms, well-founded suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, false registration information, death of the account holder, or any situation that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
If an account is closed at 7000bet's initiative for reasons unrelated to fraud or a Terms violation, the User's real-money balance will be refunded in full. Bonus balances will not be refunded under any circumstances once the account is closed.
A 7000bet is not liable for losses or damages arising from: internet connection failures on the User's end, service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party banking system failures, force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics), or betting decisions made by the User themselves.
Sports betting and casino games involve financial risk. The User is solely responsible for all betting decisions made on the Platform. 7000bet does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for financial losses resulting from normal use of the Platform within the rules set out in these Terms.
Under no circumstances shall 7000bet's total liability to a User for any cause exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the preceding 12 months.
A 7000bet collects, stores, and processes Users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively for: identity verification, processing financial transactions, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving the Platform experience.
Users have the right to: access their stored personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, request data deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), withdraw previously given consent, and be informed about how their data is processed. A 7000bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the User via their registered email and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 days before taking effect, except in urgent cases related to security or legal compliance.
The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top. Continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.
If the User does not agree with the changes, they may close their account as described in Section 9 before the new Terms take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and applicable Brazilian legislation governing the sports betting sector.
The courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
